Root & Branch, a mental health charity, based near Shrivenham, have purchased a new 6 mtr x 4 mtr log cabin. The erection of the cabin was completed on Wednesday 9th December, and the Community team of the Rotary Club of Faringdon & district, led by Clive, were asked if they would apply three coats of specialist wood preserver in a very limited period, to ensure the 10yr guarantee was vaild.
In all six Rotarians, Clive, Glyn, Gordon, Peter, Bjorn and Ray, have to date, applied two coats of wood preserver to both the inside and outside of the log cabin. SO far 48 man hours have been invested, with one more coat to be applied in the new year
