On Saturday the 25th September Faringdon Town Council hosted Faringdon’s Big Green Day to highlight green activities, green projects, and green businesses in Faringdon. The event was held in Corn Exchange from 10am to 2pm during nationwide Great Big Green Week.
Rotary Club Faringdon and District joined in with a stand which introduced visitors to the work of Rotary. Helen Noll (Club Member), Karen Eveleigh (District Governor and club member) and Amy Carter (Rotakids) talked to visitors about environmental projects as well as demonstrating examples of products which are better for the environment.
