Speaker Evening – Lowland Search and Rescue presented by Ian Cambell

Ian Campbell will be giving a presentation on the work of Oxfordshire Lowland Search and Rescue, a volunteer organisation that supports the police in searching for missing and vulnerable people in both rural and urban areas. Part of the national Lowland Rescue network, the team is on call 24 hours a day and trained in specialist search techniques, first aid, and search management. Ian will explain how searches are organised, the challenges volunteers face, and the important role they play in helping to save lives. Visitors are very welcome to attend this meeting of the Rotary Club of Faringdon and District and join us for what promises to be a fascinating evening.
