In September 2018 we invested £750 and 150 hours of time to decorate the charities outside wood work and install an insulated floor and double glazing in their office.
at least thirteen Rotarians took part in the painting of all outside wood work and the installation of an insulated floor and double glazing in their office. The woodwork was cleaned, rubbed down, appropriate wood preervative was applied then at two and in some cases two coats of undercoat and then a coat of gloss. The floor was leveled, then battened, then a 25mm layer of Kingspan dense insulation laid down, covered with 25mm flooring plywood, finally the office interior was given a couple of coats of emulsion.
